A Message to Our Customers
To our public safety family,
For more than a decade, it has been our privilege to serve police departments, fire departments, and first responders across the country. The relationships we built over those years have meant far more to us than simply doing business, they have been the foundation of our company.
As we permanently close our company, we want to express our sincere gratitude to every department, officer, firefighter, dispatcher, and family member who placed their trust in us throughout the years.
We also recognize that our closure has affected some of our customers in different ways. To those individuals, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this has caused. We take responsibility for the impact our closure has had and are deeply grateful for the patience, understanding, and support so many of you extended to us during an incredibly difficult chapter.
Although we continued working long after operations ceased to assist as many customers as possible, we have now reached the point where we no longer have the operational capacity to respond to individual inquiries or provide ongoing customer support.
If you were affected by our closure and are seeking access to your personal photographs, we will provide you with your digital image files at absolutely no cost. We will never ask you to purchase your personal photographs. Instructions for requesting your images, along with answers to our most frequently asked questions, are provided below.
Serving the public safety community has been one of the greatest honors of our lives. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your departments, your careers, and your memories. We will always be grateful for the relationships we built and the trust you placed in us.
Frequently Asked Questions
We understand many customers still have questions about orders and the company’s closure. The information below addresses the most common inquiries and outlines the options that may still be available.
1. I lost my pictures, where can I get them?
We may still have available and how to request existing photographs. While we cannot promise that every image can be located, if there is an opportunity to reunite someone with meaningful photographs from our archives, we will do everything we reasonably can to make that happen.
2. Can I get a credit if my yearbook was not completed?
Yes. Please email us and include "credit for yearbook" in the subject line. You will receive a product credit equal to or greater than the cost of your yearbook. This option is available until September 15th, 2026.
3. Is it possible to get a digital copy of my department's album?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact your department administrator who oversaw the project. Many departments have received a digital copy free of charge, and they have the rights to distribute it as they see fit.
4. Will our yearbook project still be completed?
In many cases, yes, there is still a strong possibility that your project can be completed. For most departments, whether content was submitted or not, we have made sure there is a path for those materials to be received and potentially used. Additionally, we've worked closely with another printing company so that, at your department’s discretion, the project may still move forward. If you're unsure of the status of your specific department, reaching out to your project administrator is the best next step.
5.What happened to the company?
After many years of serving organizations and families, our company made the difficult decision to close operations. This was not a decision we made lightly, and we understand the disappointment and frustration this has caused for those who were expecting products or personal images. Our focus now is on helping those affected by the closure by providing any available personal photos and information we have access to.
6. Is the company still accepting new orders?
No. The company has closed operations and is no longer accepting new orders. Our current priority is assisting those affected by the closure and providing available personal photos and information whenever possible.
